85% corvina. 10% rondinella. 10% barbera. Bio-dynamic. Up to 40 year-old vines. calcareous with red clay and tufo soils. 20% corvina grapes dried for 4 weeks. 12-15 days fermentation and maceration on skins in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels. Barrel age 2-3 years. Maturation in bottle 12 months.
