Out by Judith Beck
vibrance - blackberries - freshness - chocolate
Judith Beck lives amongst her vines, so you can be sure that she’s developed a deep relationship with them. She prefers working with traditional Austrian varieties. Judith Beck herself studied abroad but returned home to take over from her father and move the winery in the direction of natural winemaking. She encourages the formation of humus as a basis of healthy soils, using her own natural composts and cultivating grass between the rows. Herbal remedies are also used and the vines are maintained under the rhythms of the moon.
