-----
Domaine Bonnet-Huteau in La Chapelle-Heulin, in the very heart of Muscadet’s winemaking region and the Sèvre et Maine appellation, has been producing Muscadet for over 150 years. Today it is run by the Bonnet brothers, Jean-Jacques and Rémi. This 40 hectare vineyard has been certified organic since 2005 and there is separate winemaking for four parcels in order to highlight the nuances and subtlety of their respective terroirs.
-----
100% melon de bourgogne. 15-30 y/o vines, from a single vineyard location. Only 10,000 bottles produced annually. Temp controlled fermentation in stainless steel, then spends another 6 months on lees.
