Locals proudly say that their town is closer to Chablis than Reims, and the style of wine owes as much to Burgundy as the stylish bottle does to the grand marques of Champagne.
Having converted his entire 15-hectare vineyard back in 1989, Jean-Pierre Fleury can be crowned pioneer in Champagne when it comes to biodynamic viticulture. Today the estate is in the very capable hands of his children, Morgane and Jean-Sébastien, who continue to turn out impeccable products.
